Jade has over 10 years experience in the fitness industry. She is a passionate and highly motivated personal trainer who wants to make a difference in your life and see you attain your best body both outside and in. Keeping you focused, educated and motivated to reach and maintain your fitness goals.

Jade has completed her certificate 3 and 4 in fitness through the Australian institute of Fitness. She is also qualified in Spin, Thump, Grit, SFL and teaches many of our HIIT classes.

Ash is an enthusiastic and highly motivated personal trainer that has been in the industry for 6 years. She is passionate about health and fitness and loves a good challenge. Ash specialises in HIIT training and pre and post natal exercise.

Along with cert 3 & 4 in fitness Ash is also an Advanced Lesmills BodyPump and Bodycombat instructor, a LesMills GRIT coach, and a Spin and freestlye instructor.

Ash is also a young mum and aside from group fitness and training, Ash loves to cook and spend time with her friends and young family.

Hi, I am Roxanne, I completed a Personal Training course at the Australian Institute of Fitness, and followed that with a Diploma of Fitness.

I have been a master trainer since 2016.   Soon after qualifying I became apart of a gym where I was involved in personal training and running the Functional Fit program.  I was there for just over a year before I went travelling the world.

I am now very happy to be apart of the Benefitness team.  Please contact me or book online for a PT session or if you want me set you up with a gym program.



Caitlin is a passionate, welcoming and encouraging Personal Trainer.

Caitlin has completed a Bachelor of Health Sciences at Adelaide University and her Certificate 3 and 4 in Fitness.

She comes from a sporting background and loves incorporating these techniques into her programs to make them fun and unique.  She promises to encourage and support you along your fitness journey!
