JADE McKAY – PERSONAL TRAINER

Jade has over 10 years experience in the fitness industry. She is a passionate and highly motivated personal trainer who wants to make a difference in your life and see you attain your best body both outside and in. Keeping you focused, educated and motivated to reach and maintain your fitness goals.

Jade has completed her certificate 3 and 4 in fitness through the Australian institute of Fitness. She is also qualified in Spin, Thump, Grit, SFL and teaches many of our HIIT classes.

CAITLIN THORN – PERSONAL TRAINER

Caitlin is a passionate, welcoming and encouraging Personal Trainer.

Caitlin has completed a Bachelor of Health Sciences at Adelaide University and her Certificate 3 and 4 in Fitness.

She comes from a sporting background and loves incorporating these techniques into her programs to make them fun and unique.  She promises to encourage and support you along your fitness journey!

Favourite Cheat Meal:  Grilled burgers and milk chocolate with salted caramel ice cream

ELLA TROTTA – PERSONAL TRAINER

Ella is a Personal Trainer who is enthusiastic and loves helping people to improve themselves and their body.

Ella has completed her Certificate 3 and 4 in Fitness through the Australian Institute of Personal Trainers.

Ella has played a wide range of sports over the past 10 years and loved watching everyone improving and being inspired to do more with their life.  Ella loves to make her sessions fun and engaging.  This helps the client to keep on track with goals and make them achievable.

Ella has been a member of Benefitness and Health Centre for the last five years.

Favourite Sports Brand:  Lorna Jane and Nike.

Favourite Exercises:  Running on the treadmill or Leg Press.

Favourite Cheat Meal:  Chicken schnitzel with chips and gravy or Smiths salt and vinegar chips.
