Benefitness is a spacious two storey facility with ample car parking, the club showcases two large group fitness studio’s, cardio theatre, spin room, Nautilus Nitro and Fitlinnxx studio, mixed pin loaded and free weight area and a Ladies only pin loaded gym. Offering a huge variety in group fitness classes we are well placed to offer customers a wide range of classes to suit any fitness level or time schedule.

In addition the club offers Personal Training and Gym Program services. Children are well catered for in the crèche which includes indoor and outdoor areas with a huge selection of toys for the children to enjoy.
