We will acknowledge customer enquiries within two working days (where they have indicated they would like a response)
Written requests for financial matters will be processed within 2 weeks
All staff will hold a First Aid Certificate as well as qualifications appropriate to their area of employment. Benefitness and Health Centre will maintain accreditation with Fitness Australia.
FACILITIES
The center will be in a clean and hygienic condition at all times. Facilities will be well maintained.
We aim to minimise down time to any part of the centre.
Necessary repairs and or maintenance will be organised as quickly as possible.
Service will be prompt, friendly and professional.
Staff will provide individual and caring service to each member. A variety of classes will be run according to our advertised schedules, any change to the schedule will be communicated as soon as possible.
