If you become a member of Benefitness you will have access to workouts, be able to log an activity or exercise, join challenges, check your body composition via Smart Scales in the gym and track your calories.  You can even link your Fitbit.  Most pieces of equipment and areas like the Functional Training Zone will have a QR code displayed.  So if you are unsure of how to do a particular exercise or how to use the equipment, just scan the code via the App and an instructional video will pop up.  You are able to track your nutrition via a food diary – and watch your daily calorie count change as you complete activities or exercises. You can also request to have a personalized workout and nutrition plan designed just for you by one of our Personal Trainers. So many more features available!
